Our salesmen or Route Sales Reps (RSRs) typically make sales calls in a 24-foot 'box' truck on a designated route with established accounts, work 10-12 hours a day, making multiple stops per day at grocery stores, convenience stores, mass merchants (Walmart, etc.), dollar stores, and restaurants. The typical work day is variable but always requires an early start (3:00 AM or earlier), and will include pushing and pulling large racks of product on wheels when loading and unloading product. This position will have daily interaction with retail customers such as store owners, store managers, department managers, and receiving clerks in the back of the stores. RSRs are responsible for increasing sales by providing great customer service, and selling-in additional in-gondola or perimeter displays of Hostess Brands products. | Details: SUMMARY As the leader of the University of Phoenix Foundation this role is responsible to develop the strategy, provide the oversight and manage the execution of the Foundation’s mission. This includes defining the Foundation’s community investment of programming and grant giving   The role is responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining current with key external constituent groups and internal stakeholders. This role represents the Foundation and the corporation as the primary spokesperson. RESPONSIBILITIES/ OBJECTIVES Develop, manage, and ensure execution of University of Phoenix Foundation initiatives including: Serve as primary driver of the Foundation’s strategic mission. o   Establish the overall vision of the Foundation and Learning Nation Develop annual and long-term planning. o   Setting measurable short and long term goals Develop the strategic direction for the Foundation programming by:o   Identifying the key issue areas of focus o   Providing direction and being accountable for grant making and grant management strategies and protocolso   Establishing the measurement and evaluation tools and processes to assess impact of Foundation and grantees’ programs Partner with the Community Investment Group in support of the execution of the Foundation’s strategic implementation  Research, identify and lead key initiatives and projects that create impactful societal change through the efforts of the Foundation’s work Serve as thought leader on higher education issues contributing to the public dialogue regarding higher education issues while engaging other opinion leaders Develop and lead Learning Nation community investment strategy for University of Phoenix including creating the strategy, operating process for execution and linkage to the corporate partners (Executive Director Community Investment and scholarships)  Define and establish partnerships with non-profits and key corporate entities aligned with Learning Nation Strategy Develop goals and metrics to track grants and maximize positive community impact aligned with Learning Nation | ||||

Essential Job duties include: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and the environment and the ability to work safely on a daily basis. Duties may include budget preparation and submittal, cost tracking, completing projects on budget and within planned time frames, and achieve performance measures. Provide accurate explanations of budget variances. Effectively communicate and represent the Team's mission to senior management through presentations and budget reviews. Support and conduct geology activities at a highly proficient "technical expert" level. Responsible for the evaluation of exploration development, or acquisition opportunities in a significant area of exploration activity on a major project or in a mine operation. All senior level geologists are expected to be fully participating technical geologists in addition to any managerial or supervisory responsibilities, including geologic mapping, drill core or chip logging, drill hole planning, drill program execution, computer deposit modeling, hydrologic and metallurgical investigations, etc. Write reports and communicate progress to management. Supervise geophysical contractors in isolated projects and/or surveys. Perform field sample preparation and shipping, as required. Perform data entry and database management functions as necessary. Design, implement, interpret and react to analytical quality control procedures. Analyze and interpret geological data resulting for reports.
